  • manage bookings and communicate with venues, clients and DJs;

  • DJs assigned to an event;

Information provided to DJs, venues or suppliers is limited to what they reasonably need to support or deliver the relevant event.

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking will generally be retained for no longer than two years after the last meaningful contact.

We may retain information for longer where required by law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
